How Buying a Labradoodle Puppy Works With I Love U Back Labradoodles

We ask that a brief application is provided for placement of a new labradoodle puppy. This will benefit both the new owner and pup. If for some reason your application is denied you may try again in 12 months.

The application process helps us to ensure prospective owners are right for one of our puppies at the time. The questionairre helps us to match the puppy to your family's needs! Every puppy is unique, just like your family. We try and make sure puppies match the temperament and personality to fit your needs and what you're looking for. We always suggest not just going by physical appearance because you're looking for a best friend and you want their personality to match your lifestyle!

Approval and Deposit

Once your application is approved, we will let you know to leave a deposit to secure your puppy. A $300.00 non-refundable (but transferable) deposit is required. If you choose to pay a deposit before the application is approved, your name will go on the puppy reservation list and secure your spot. However, if your application is denied I will instantly refund your deposit. We accept all major credit cards right here on our website.

If you prefer an invoice via PayPal, please send us a message with your email and we will get that out to you.

Puppy Pick

Your puppy will be chosen by receiving of deposit order. For example: 1st deposit gets 1st pick and so forth. I do my best to match what you may be looking for in a pup to help with selection. I never advise basing a puppy pick on looks alone. Each pup is an individual & should be sought out by temperament, sociability, energy level & character.

If we don't have a good match, your deposit can be transferred to future litters (up to 3 transfers).

Contract

Everyone is required to sign a simple contract for purchase. This protects both parties. We include a health warranty in the contract which is valid for two years!

Pupdates!

Every week until take-home time, you will receive a photo of your puppy to see how they are progressing and growing. If you have a chosen a name, let us know and we can start addressing them as that name so they can get used to it before they go home!

Puppy Take-Home

Our labradoodles puppies go home at 8 weeks. We will schedule a puppy delivery/pick-up time within two weeks of their go-home date! We are based in the San Antonio, Texas area but will meet our buyers free of charge up to 100 miles away! If your pup is flying home their take home date is dependent on airline schedules and will be scheduled about 3-4 days before pup is scheduled to fly. We also offer a flight nanny who will fly with your pup to your city for an additional cost, please let us know if this is a service you're interested in.

At puppy take-home time you will get your new family member and their puppy starter kit which includes their vaccination records, microchip, a bag of food they're currently on, ride home puppy pads, toys, and a teddy bear that smells like their litter mates and their momma.

After Take-Home

We're still here after you drive off! We're available to answer any questions you may have in raising your new labradoodle puppy. I also love to receive updates of my puppies/dogs so I welcome photos and videos at any time! After you purchase your puppy, you will receive the link and password to our owner portal that contains more information for taking care of your pup!
